Shipping, Returns & Payments
Delivery Times and Costs

For Ergon Mykonos shipments, delivery and costs apply as follows:

Our orders are shipped via our affiliate couriers UPS, DHL. We are always trying to select the best way to send your package. The Delivery time depends on the selection of the shipping service that you will select in the checkout and payment of our store. In order to find out more details about the shipping cost and the estimated time, please add your desired products in the cart of our store, go the the checkout and add your personal details (including the address and the zip code) in the checkout of our e-commerce store and in the shipping section you will be able to see all the details about the shipping cost.

For orders placed for t-shirts which are made on demand delivery takes place after 3 working days that are used for production. During peak periods or national holidays, these orders may take a bit longer. In the following table you can find our shipping cost for a sample package. These costs might be different depending on the size and the weight of the package. If you have any additional questions feel free to reach out over email.

Please not that we cannot guarantee estimated delivery times during sales and busy holiday seasons and/or due to potential custom clearance delays.

If we have not delivered your order within 21 days from the estimated delivery date, you have the right to cancel the order.

For security reasons all our shipments require a signature at delivery. 

FOR ARCHIVE SALE: all sales are final. No returns, refunds, credit notes or exchanges available. 

FOR SEASONAL SALE: sale of items 50% off or more is final – returns, refunds, credit notes or exchanges not available. For sale items up to 50% off, we offer an exchange of size (if available) or credit note.

While we strive to ship your order as soon as possible, please kindly note that due to an increased amount of orders during our sale period there may be a delay in dispatch.

Taxes and Duties

The customer is responsible for payment of all applicable customs duties and charges, and in accordance with the applicable local laws.

If your order is being shipped outside of GR or EU, then you may need to pay customs duty and other import taxes in order to receive your order. The shipping company will notify you that your online shop order is being held at your country’s customs and that you’ll need to pay duties and other applicable taxes to the local customs agency, and where relevant, request necessary information for customs clearance. There could be a delay in delivering your order if you don’t pay the charges immediately. Paying any customs duty and/or import taxes are your responsibility, and the local authorities will hold your order until you have paid the charges.

Please note that if you are requesting a refund for an item you paid duty for, we are unable to refund the duty as it is not collected by us. Duty is refunded by your local customs upon your direct request to them. We are unable to request the refund of your duty on your behalf.

Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. We recommend contacting your local customs office for current charges before you make an order, to avoid any unexpected charges. If for any reason you don’t pay the import or duty charges, then we have the right to charge you for any additional costs that might be charged to us because of this.

Returns & Exchanges

If you have changed your mind or are not fully happy with the goods in your order, you will then be entitled to a refund or an exchange (where stock is available) within 14 days of receiving your order. Please ensure the items are in their original condition and haven’t been washed, worn or damaged. In case you need to return shoes, your shoes must be intact with no scratches on the soles or marks on the shoes’ surface. We have a non-return policy on swimwear.

All products returned to ERGON MYKONOS undergo meticulous quality control. Once yours is received and inspected, we will send you an e-mail confirmation. Tour refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card within 30 days or less.

You have the right to return any product bought, within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt. You should send back the products or hand them over to us, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you have communicated your decision to withdraw from the contract. The deadline shall be met if you send back the products before the period of 14 days has expired.

Within 14 calendar days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from the contract, ‘ergon Mykonos shall reimburse you all payments received including, if applicable, the costs of delivery, by the same means of payment initially used for the placement of the order.

You shall only be liable for any diminished value of the products resulting from the handling of the products other than what is necessary to establish the nature and characteristics. For your convenience, upon delivery of the products, it is advisable that you personally check the condition of the sold products for any defects or problems with your order, its packaging or the products.

Please note that swimwear and underwear are not eligible for returns or exchange.

Please ensure if you are sending a return from countries outside EU that you include the commercial invoice provided with your return, please clearly cross out any items that you are keeping.

We offer free returns from the Greece and EU countries ONLY ON DEFECTED PRODUCTS

Discounted items can only be exchanged with purchases of same or higher value.
Purchases of discounted items will not be refunded
Return Procedure
  1. Free returns are only possible on defected products

    1. Place the product in bag. Items should be returned within the 14-day period referred to above. 
    2. Please contact us at to let us know that you’d like to make a return and please explain the reason for the return. Please quote your order number and the item name and code and we will provide you with more information.
    3. Our customer service will send you the pre-paid return label that you would need to print and attach to the freight. 
    4. Book a collection calling the number provided along with the return label or drop your parcel in an allocated courier point.
    5. Affix the shipping label and for international returns, customs forms to the outside of the parcel and mark as “RETURNED GOODS – OF NO COMMERCIAL VALUE” to prevent the parcel being held in customs or refused on delivery. Ensure you keep and provide us with your tracking number, so we can monitor your return.
    6. Once we receive the returned item that you’d like to exchange, our team will check for wear and tear and that the item is in new, unused and saleable condition. Once approved, we will email you and refund you within 30 days following receipt of the returned item. Please note that original postage and packaging cost is not refundable.
    7. You will receive your refund in the original account corresponding to the original payment method. We won’t make refunds to a third party. International customs duties and sales taxes are not refunded.
